Services Description

Krown Akron provides professional vehicle rust protection, undercoating, and corrosion prevention services. We are an independently owned and operated Krown franchise located at 1082 Jacoby Rd, Akron, OH 44321.

Our services include, but are not limited to: car rustproofing, car undercoating, corrosion prevention treatments, oil spray services, truck rustproofing, school bus rustproofing, and fire truck rustproofing.

Services are performed during our stated hours of operation: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8AM–11AM.

Appointments and Scheduling

Appointment requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until you receive direct communication from Krown Akron staff. We will contact you within one business day to confirm scheduling availability.

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in scheduling limitations.

Service Terms and Conditions

By bringing your vehicle to Krown Akron for service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the owner to have the service performed
• Krown Akron staff will have access to your vehicle's undercarriage and interior for the purpose of applying rust protection treatments
• Some oil spray may come in contact with undercarriage components, which is normal and expected as part of the service
• You will be advised of any pre-existing damage or concerns identified during the application process
• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made

Warranty Information

Krown Akron stands behind the quality of our work and the effectiveness of Krown's T-40 formula. As a certified Krown franchise, we apply Krown's proprietary formula using factory-approved methods and equipment.

Specific warranty terms vary by service type and vehicle condition at the time of treatment. For detailed warranty information applicable to your service, please inquire at the time of your appointment or contact us at 330-785-7895.

Please note: Krown rust protection is designed for preventive use. Its effectiveness as a treatment for existing rust varies based on the extent and location of existing corrosion. We recommend annual reapplication for continuous protection.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krown Akron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our services
• Any errors or omissions in our services
• Pre-existing vehicle conditions not disclosed at the time of service
• Damage caused by road hazards, accidents, or conditions beyond our control
• Failure to follow post-service care instructions

Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service scheduling. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair the site
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the website without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
